Assistant Trainer Certification Program

Under the M.T.I.A. ACADEMY to become an ASSISTANT TRAINER you should be chosen by your local gym INSTRUCTOR because you stand out from the crowd and have the heart of a LION and are willing to learn new TECHNIQUES and new SKILLS every day.
When you have been selected as an Assistant Trainer by your instructor you will be asked to teach the KIDS CLASS where you will be coached and graded on your teaching methods and skills for 40 HOURS of teaching.
The objective is to learn how to teach and improve your teaching skills and increase your self confidence in working on a public stage.
When you have completed the required amount of teaching hours you will be advanced and start to teach WOMEN’S CLASSES where once again you will be graded on your performance and coached to improve your skill set. You will be required to teach another 40 HOURS.
When you have reached the required hours of teaching you will start to take TELEPHONE CALLS and take your first ALL important INTRODUCTION CLASSES.

Now is where the fun begins from here you will be asked to find your own private clients and teach private lessons where you can start to earn SERIOUS income from these ‘PRIVATE CLASSES’.
When you have reached the final total of teaching hours and been graded successfully by your INSTRUCTOR you are required and privileged to become certified by the MTIA ACADEMY as TRAINER CERTIFICATION.
Please note: Students over grade 6 can apply for Assistant Trainer positions under the M.T.I.A. Academy.
