- Selling different Muay Thai and fitness-based programs
SHARPEN YOUR PAD WORK and BAG WORK KNOWLEDGE
- Sharper the techniques of holding pads to maximize student’s performance
– Protect yourself from punishing blows and having the ability to continue without skipping a beat
– Train with a “bomber bag” properly
– Specific bag drills to heighten timing and technique

Grade 8 –Brown Prajied Three Stripes– Learn the Cobra punch! + knife cutting Elbow
