It is the first step in becoming a professional instructor.

In this course you will learn:

Real Muay Thai levels 1-5: Master Toddy is a pioneer in the art of Muay Thai. He has had the good fortune to learn from the best Master instructors and fighters in the art of Muay Thai. Master Toddy’s Muay Thai system is the most refined and complete system of Muay Thai anywhere.

Technique: If you are looking to add Muay Thai to your curriculum or are looking to improve your own Muay Thai, Master Toddy’s Muay Thai system is laid out in a clear and concise fashion allowing you to repeat his success in your gym. You will learn the best teaching techniques and learn how to take your students to the next level. You will learn to be successful while teaching authentic martial arts.

The Art of Pad work: Feeding people pad work is an art form. Done wrong it can be dangerous to you and the student. It can destroy a student’s technique and ruin their chances of becoming a champion if you do not know the art of Pad Work. We will teach you how to use the pads to bring out the best technique in the student and to protect yourself from the punishing blows at the same time.

Bomber Bag work: Very few people know how to use the bag properly. Master Toddy has invented a series of drills that utilize the rhythm of the bag to get the right technique every time. Not only that, our drills are so exciting it will keep students training harder and longer.

Self-defense: Simple, effective, deadly. Muay Thai is the best stand up martial art there is for self-protection. Learn the street application of the art and teach your students today what could save their life tomorrow.

Motivation: Motivation feeds from inspiration. Learn the secrets of keeping students motivated for the long haul. Bring high energy to your classes, excitement and fun to the floor.

Proper gear selection: The wrong gear can be dangerous and damage your technique. We will teach you how to select gear that will hold up to the pounding of Real Muay Thai and still be safe for you and the student.

Professionalism: Do you want to be successful in business and in life? Learning the secrets of professional interaction will not only take your academy to the next level it will enhance your credibility within your community. We will teach you the subtle art of building rapport with students and help you become effective in all your interactions.

Safety: The quickest way to loose a student is to allow them to get injured. The quickest way to have your academy closed down is, to have a student get injured due to negligence. We will teach you the right way to protect your students from injury and the proper way to treat and follow up should an injury occurs.

Prerequisites: Completion of Level 1 MTIA Fighters Course. One years experience in Muay Thai.

Preparation: Run 3 miles per day. Do at least 45 minutes of bag work/pad work per day. Help out in as many classes in your academy as possible. We also recommend that you watch as many Muay Thai matches as you can.

Upon successful completion of the Instructor’s Course, you will receive:
